The gentle giant of Happy Endings burgers; gentle flavours balanced within this generous burger. The deep fried harrissa-honey chicken was crispy, seasoned well with a mild sweetness. This was balanced by the whipped persian fetta which provided a nice creamy contrast. The smokey red capsicum zhoug, the sumac mayo and the pickled peppers provide a little extra zing which made this burger feel fresh.
